Marketing Assistants need to be willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.

 

Marketing assistants support the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies. Their responsibilities may include analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support.

  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
